• Work closely with Creative Director to maintain the game vision with Game Design Progs, UX, and Level Design teams.
• Supervise content; Core Mechanics, Game Systems, Game Loops to focus on player engagement and usability.
• Work closely with the design team to define standards, best practices and to ensure the synergy between each team members. • Collaborate closely with other departments to help to prioritize and plan all game features to help the team on reaching their respective milestones. • Mentoring a small-sized team of game designers. • Oversee the improvement of the gameplay experience's quality throught game specs and in-game reviews. • Work in co-development with Paris office.
