You will play a central role in the promotion of Dual Universe, overseeing most aspects of the game’s communication strategy, planning, and execution. Depending on your skill set and experience, additional responsibilities can be added to your plate.

We’re approaching beta and launch period, the most critical stages of the game’s life cycle, and we’re looking for someone who’s passionate, thinks out of the box, and wants to get things done. This position reports to the Chief Marketing Officer, and will act as the second hand and delegate to the CMO.


  • Establish the game’s communication strategy and planning, and ensure the execution of the plan
  • Manage the coordination and relationship with Public Relation agencies: ensure that they are properly briefed and aligned with the company’s priorities, and that game demo appointments run smoothly, with maximum impact
  • Oversee the creation of press releases
  • Manage the presence of the company at events, conventions, trade shows and professional events, according to the communication plan
  • Work with the development team to create impactful game demos used for PR and events, which help convey the game’s unique features and innovations
  • Supervise the creation of key assets, such as videos, key arts, and screenshots, and ensure that the game’s positioning, unique selling propositions, and key messages are properly conveyed
  • Report on overall progress, based on clearly defined KPIs, and recommend corrective measures when needed
  • Help with occasional corporate communication, public relations, and events
  • Manage a video team and, pending responsibilities, a web development team
  • Actively contribute to the game’s competitive watch
  • The following responsibilities can be added, depending on the candidate’s experience and personal growth plan; the scope of the role can be discussed, and the goal is for the candidate to drive major aspects of the game’s marketing and communication plans:
  • Define and execute Influencer marketing campaigns
  • Manage the game’s product website
  • Manage the game’s web store (design, purchase flow)
  • Help with or manage paid player acquisition
  • Handle paid asset promotions (Youtube, etc.)
  • Manage remarketing campaigns (emails, browser notifications, etc.)


  • Bachelor’s Degree minimum, and ideally a Master’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Economics, Management, International Business or Commerce
  • At least 6 years of experience in a marketing and/or PR position in the video game industry, ideally working on MMO games, or at least on service/live-oriented games
  • Successfully launched multiple games in a global marketing role
  • Experience creating multi-channel communication strategies and handling PR agencies or internal PR services
  • Experience planning and attending public events to promote video games
  • Significant experience with the creation of video game assets such as videos and screenshots which align with marketing messaging
  • A life-long passion for video games, and MMOs in particular; be an active gamer on PC
  • Experience managing a small team of full-time employees
  • An entrepreneurial, go-getter spirit and work attitude; you like rolling up your sleeves and getting the job done!
  • Fluent in English (written and oral); French is a plus
